No two BL1TZ workouts are the same, and each is created around a theme from the world of sport or movement. Expect workouts based around sports in addition to classic bodyweight HIIT and some completely impact-free options.
Who’s it for? BL1TZ workouts are suitable for all levels of fitness. All workouts contain modified / low impact options for beginners, with options to progress and work harder for regular exercisers.
BL1TZ workouts harness the power of the 6 Degrees of Freedom (6DoF) - a concept from engineering and robotics that describes how a body moves through space. Every workout will move you up and down, side to side, forward and back, with dynamic folds, bends and twists. The ability to move through the 6DoF with power, control and precision is the key to functional fitness and staying “fit for life” at any age. Watch the video to video out more about the 6DoF.
Every BL1TZ workout is completely unique. And because you get access to our full back catalogue of workouts from day 1, if there’s a workout you don’t like, just skip it and choose one that’s more your style!

Yes - SH1FT is the original name for the BL1TZ format. We renamed it at release #52.

Staying true to the principles of HIIT, standard SH1FT workouts are maximum 30 minutes in length including a warm up and cool down.
However with the SH1FT App, it is very easy to increase the length of the workout to 45 or even 60 minutes, using our bolt-ons. -
No - every BL1TZ workout is designed to be done without equipment.

Anywhere! SH1FT Fitness instructors have ZERO restrictions which means you can teach anywhere you like - online or live. That includes both live and pre-recorded online classes.

BL1TZ forms part of our CARDIO category and as of January 2024 we will be on our 52nd BL1TZ release. As with all our formats, when you become a CARDIO instructor you will get full access to all of our back catalogue of releases from day 1, for no extra cost.
In terms of new content, we release a new CARDIO workout every even month (Feb, April, June etc), and every odd month (Jan, March etc) we release our SH1FT bolt-ons. So you’ll get a new piece of CARDIO content every month.
