L1FT delivers true strength development in a classic group fitness setting. Taking the learnings and principles from the weights room and boutique strength brands, L1FT is a strength development format that delivers real results using basic studio equipment.
With varied training protocols and a “workout of the day” focus, L1FT keeps your muscles challenged and your mind guessing. Although the workouts are different every time, they are consistently fun and challenging.

Full L1FT workouts average 45 minutes. However with the SH1FT App, it is very easy to change the length of a workout to whatever you need, using our bolt-ons.

Yes. Each participant will need weights. L1FT is designed to work with the most common weights equipment found in the Group Fitness studio. We recommend using dumbbells or plates. But many L1FT releases can also be taught using a barbell or kettlebells.

Anywhere! SH1FT Fitness instructors have ZERO restrictions which means you can teach anywhere you like - online or live. That includes both live and pre-recorded online classes.

As of January 2024 we will be on our 30th L1FT release. As with all our formats, when you become a L1FT instructor you will get full access to all of our back catalogue of releases from day 1, for no extra cost.
In terms of new content, we release a new L1FT workout every odd month (Jan, March, May etc), and every even month (Feb, April etc) we release our L1FT bolt-ons. So you’ll get a new piece of L1FT content every month. -

From the date you sign up to train, you have 30 days to run through the training and try our workouts. Within the first 30 days, if for any reason you decide our format/s are not right for you, please email info@sh1ftfitness.com and we will give you a full no questions asked refund. This includes refunding your full training fee as well as any subscriptions you have already signed up to.
