R1DE is a 30 minute high intensity, low impact workout on a bike. It takes the best parts of boutique cycle and performance riding and blends it to create the perfect studio cycle experience.

All workouts are created with original music which is 100% rights included. This means instructors can teach in-person, livestream and pre-recorded classes with no additional costs or headaches with music licensing.
