Ep 47: Reality Bites: Warm Up and Cool Down
Listen on…
What's the tea on warm ups and cool downs? Love them? Hate them? How should it be done?
On today’s episode of the Group Fitness Real Talk podcast, Will is starting a new segment, Reality Bites. It’s essentially going to be a bite-sized episode where he talks with a Group Fitness expert about one topic of concern to Instructors. He’ll set a timer for 10 minutes, set the topic, and then they’ll discuss until time runs out, a bit like a high school debate!
Today’s expert is the grumpiest man in fitness, Sam Rider. Sam is a Creative Lead for SH1FT fitness, as well as a newly minted firefighter AND father. For the topic of discussion, Will and Sam are dishing out some real talk about warm ups and cool downs.
Enjoy this mini-episode!
