We're Will and Sam, brother and sister from New Zealand. Will spent years inside the biggest names in group fitness, watching instructors do hours of unpaid prep for pay that never moved. In 2017 we started SH1FT to fix it.
Around us is a small team of creatives, all have been international presenters for the world's biggest fitness brands. Superstars in their own right.
In a world where AI can spit out a workout in five seconds, we think it's more important than ever to have real instructors writing every workout. If it doesn't work in a real room, it doesn't go in our app.
