  • Like our other HIIT and Cardio formats, STR1KE workouts are maximum 30 minutes in length.

    However with the SH1FT App, it is very easy to increase the length of the workout to 45 or even 60 minutes, using our bolt-ons. 

  • No - every STR1KE workout is designed to be done without equipment.

  • Anywhere! SH1FT Fitness instructors have ZERO restrictions which means you can teach anywhere you like - online or live. That includes both live and pre-recorded online classes.

  • Like SH1FT, STR1KE workouts are built around the 6 Degrees of Freedom (6DoF), a concept from engineering and robotics that describes how a body moves through space. Every workout will move you up and down, side to side, forward and back, with dynamic folds, bends and twists.

    Combat style training is the perfect way to incorporate dynamic bends and twists through the body as you weave and attack, with added HIIT movements to keep the focus on fighting fit. Like our other formats, each STR1KE workout takes inspiration from the world of MMA… including popular culture.

    The ability to move through the 6DoF with power, control and precision is the key to functional fitness and staying “fit for life” at any age.
