WHY ARE WE DOING THIS?
Beachbody LIVE is close to our hearts here at SH1FT. SH1FT was set up two years ago by our founder, Will, and a group of Beachbody LIVE Master Trainers. We wanted to develop a format that was simpler, more affordable and more accessible to Instructors than what was available in the market at the time. Before launching SH1FT, Will set up Beachbody LIVE in the UK, and was also previously a Les Mills international presenter.
Within the first day following the announcement of the Beachbody LIVE closure, we had a large number of people reach out to us about certifying in SH1FT & L1FT which got us thinking about what we can do to support these Instructors.
We know first-hand that anyone who has successfully certified in a Beachbody LIVE format is a high-calibre Instructor, who has invested a lot of time, money and passion into achieving this. Our mission at SH1FT has always been to deliver high quality workouts whilst keeping costs low for Instructors - and it didn’t feel right to us that Instructors were not only losing the formats they love, but were also being left with the prospect of having to pay out a lot of money to find alternatives.
So we want to recognise your commitment to Group Fitness by offering you the opportunity to try SH1FT (bodyweight HIIT) and L1FT (strength and conditioning) without having to pay for yet another certification – usually USD$149/GBP£149.
We’re confident you will love SH1FT & L1FT, but we want to give you the opportunity to try both formats and decide for yourself – risk free.
We think SH1FT & L1FT are great alternatives for those Instructors who currently teach INSANITY LIVE or P90X LIVE, but we welcome the entire Beachbody LIVE community from Turbo Kick to Transform.

Since launching our offer, we have welcomed 100s of new Beachbody LIVE Instructors to our community.
We have also expanded our team to include some of Beachbody LIVEs star Master Trainers. We are thrilled that 5 out of BBLs ‘Top 10 Master Trainers of The Year 2019’ are now Global Master Trainers for SH1FT.
Register for Virtual Training (link below).
Enter the discount code provided by your Master Trainer on the payment page. This will remove the training cost (usually USD$149/GBP£149).
All that will remain to pay is a USD$15/GBP£15 admin fee. This covers the operational costs of setting you up as a new Instructor on the system and App.
Once registered for training, go to the homepage of the Coach Portal and upload a video of your relevant Beachbody LIVE certification
PLEASE NOTE: The upload needs to be a video file - so you will need to take a video of your certificate and upload that video to the Portal. An example of how to do this is in the supporting video on this page.
A SH1FT representative will then check your certification and automatically graduate you. Please note this can take up to 3 working days to complete – you will receive an email when you have graduated.
Once graduated, sign up to SH1FT SQUAD via the Coach Portal homepage (details are in the supporting video on how to do this).
